Never. Vendors and their insurance brokers upload certificates, view discrepancy checklists, and reply to renewal reminders completely free without creating an account.
What happens if I downgrade and have more vendors than my new plan limit?
Downgrades never delete or archive your existing vendors or certificates. Existing vendor portals and checks continue working; database limits only block adding new vendors until your active count is within the plan limit.
